kasumi rebirth v3.1 full version is a software package for simulating the turbulent dynamics of the Kasumi surface using the molecular dynamics, or MD, simulation technique. It also features an extended set of commands to generate new species on this surface and simulate more complicated physical processes, such as mixing of multiple species. The application provides convenient visualization tools to better understand the output data. It is available for IBM BlueGene/Q supercomputers with Linux environment or Macintosh OS X operating system. Kasumi rebirth v3. 1 full version (KB3.1MB) includes two applications: Kasumi rebirth v 3.1 based on Simics v5.0 based on Simics Verilog Hardware Development Platform and Matlab2004, Matlab2005 and Matlab2007 development environment and Matplotlib library. Kasumi rebirth is a free software which does not contain any copyrighted code except the source code provided under the terms of GNU General Public License version 2, or later.
